YEREVAN. – The signing ceremony of the memorandum on forming the "I Have Honor" bloc of Armenia is taking place Saturday.

The bloc consists of the former ruling Republican Party of Armenia—led by third President Serzh Sargsyan—and the Homeland Party—led by Artur Vanetsyan, former director of the National Security Service.

These two political forces had earlier announced their running—as a bloc—in the snap parliamentary elections on June 20.
