Armenia’s acting Minister of Defense Vagharshak Harutyunyan today held a telephone conversation with Director of the Border Service of the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation, Colonel-General Igor Konstantinov.

As reported the Armenian Ministry of Defense, the parties discussed several issues related to the cooperation between the Ministry of Defense of Armenia and the “Armenia” contingent of the Border Service of the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation (the contingent provides border service in the Republic of Armenia).
