Today at 9:46 p.m. the National Crisis Management Center of Armenia received an alarm from a citizen who reported that two citizens had fallen into Hrazdan River, adding that one of the citizens has managed to come out of the river and is in need of rescuers’ help, as reported the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Armenia.

Rescuers and an on-duty psychologist of the Psychological Support Department of the National Crisis Management Center have left for the scene of the incident and are currently searching for one of the citizens.
