Today a tragic incident took place in Gegharkunik Province of Armenia. At around 9 a.m. a citizen of Martuni called the local police station and reported that his mother, 77-year-old H. Galstyan had left the house at 5 a.m. and that he and the rest of the family don’t have any information about her whereabouts.

According to Shamshyan.com, at around 11 a.m. police found the body of H. Galstyan drowned in the river located in the city.

A forensic doctor inspected the body and reported that there were no traces of violence on her.

Several expert examinations have been designated, including a forensic medicine expert examination of the body.
