Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas accused Israel of organized state terrorism and war crimes in Gaza, which are prosecuted under international law, AP reported.

According to him, the Palestinians will not hesitate to prosecute those who commit such crimes in international courts.

He accused Israel of brutal attacks on civilians and deliberate bombing of residential houses.

Israel claims to only strike at combat targets and is doing everything it can to avoid harming civilians, including warning people before some strikes.
