The possibility of localizing the production of the Russian coronavirus vaccine in the territories of Armenia and Kyrgyzstan is being considered. The statement came from Russian President Vladimir Putin addressing a meeting of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council on Friday, TASS reports.

“The rollout of [the Russian] Sputnik V [vaccine] has been successfully localized, the partners here have already said, both in Kazakhstan and Belarus. Currently, the possibility of creating such production in Armenia and Kyrgyzstan is being considered," said the Russian President.
