YEREVAN. – Past daily of Armenia writes: According to Past newspaper’s information, quite contradictory moods are maturing in connection with the situation created within the authorities.
In particular, despite the fact that some MPs and various representatives of the authorities are trying to support [acting PM] Nikol Pashinyan in every way with loud speeches and circulate his "theses" in various spheres, there are many [among them] who are very dissatisfied.
Moreover, according to our information, a few days ago some of them have told Pashinyan in an open text that this is a complete failure, and the country is actually facing an impending war. However, most of the dissatisfied [people] simply keep silent, "away from trouble" so that they do not assume accountability upon themselves and do not become a political corpse in the future. (…).
According to our source, Pashinyan was quite angered by the behavior of those who opposed him, and stated in the presence of the [political] team that he regrets that he had dealt with such people. This circumstance can play a big role in "editing" the [ruling Civil Contract Party’s] electoral list [for the snap parliamentary elections on June 20].
By the way, according to our sources, especially those who were to be at the "bottom" section of the new proportional [representation electoral] list [of this party] are excited about this.
