During the period of May 17-21, the hotline staff of the Office of the Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) President received 334 calls, the presidential office informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.
Most of the calls were of a social nature. The main part of the calls referred to the state financial assistance program for the fulfillment of loan obligations, housing, and other issues of the displaced persons.
To answer missed calls, the hotline staff made 113 calls to clarify the issues raised, for information, consultation, problem identification, and other purposes.
It is possible to call the hotline from Artsakh at 119, and from Armenia and abroad at + 374-47-119-119. The working mode is Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00 local time.
It should be noted that for social issues, it is desirable to call the hotline of the Artsakh Ministry of Labor, Social Affairs and Migration—at 114.
