The Yerevan Court of First Instance will continue to hear the case of second President of Armenia Robert Kocharyan and former Deputy Prime Minister Armen Gevorgyan. The previous court hearings were postponed due to Gevorgyan’s illness and the absence of Judge Anna Danibekyan.

Earlier, Gevorgyan’s attorney Erik Aleksanyan had asked the court to not set the date for the next session for May 25 since his client wouldn’t be able to recover before May 25. The judge overlooked the request and set the date before June 4, but it’s still not clear whether the court hearing will be held or not.
