YEREVAN. – Six servicemen of the Armenian armed forces were surrounded and captured by the soldiers of the Azerbaijani armed forces in the early morning of Thursday, while carrying out engineering work at the protection area of their military unit at the border area of Gegharkunik Province.
Necessary measures are being taken to have these captured servicemen returned, the Armenian Ministry of Defense informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.
