Co-Chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group Igor Popov (Russia), Stephane Visconti (France) and Andrew Schoffer (USA) might agree over the possibility of visiting the border between Azerbaijan and Armenia soon. This is what Representative of the Russian Federation to the OSCE Aleksandr Lukashevich told reporters today, TASS reports.
“It’s very important that the Co-Chairs [of the OSCE Minsk Group] manage to reach the region soon and clarify the situation on the spot and talk to the sides on the spot. This is very important. I believe there might be such opportunities in the near future. Besides, of course, the issue of entry of international humanitarian organizations to help the population is a major issue. Here there are also many organizational specifics that the sides interpret differently,” Lukashevich added.
