Deputy Chief of Police of Armenia Aram Hovhannisyan arrived at the scene of the murder that took place on Abovyan Street in central Yerevan, yet refused to answer reporters’ questions.
The deputy police chief also refused to give an answer when a reporter asked if the police have failed to perform their duties since a murder has taken place in central Yerevan at daytime.
