The State Service for Emergency Situations of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) reports that cluster munition was found in the premises of a park located near one of the houses in Stepanakert.
“At 6:15 p.m. sappers will neutralize the detected cluster munition on the spot. Don’t worry, if you hear the sound of an explosion,” the Service’s press release reads.
