At Monday’s plenary session of the UN General Assembly, Mher Margaryan, Permanent Representative of Armenia to the UN, was unanimously elected Chairman of the Administrative and Budgetary Committee at the 76th Session of the UN General Assembly. Armenian News-NEWS.am is informed about this by the permanent mission of Armenia to the UN.

In his respective remarks, Margaryan stressed his commitment to lead the work of this committee in an inclusive and objective way, and aimed at increasing the efficiency of the UN activities.

The 76th Session of the UN General Assembly will kick off in September.
