President of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Arayik Harutyunyan today visited a military unit of the Police of Armenia along with Chief of Police Vahe Ghazaryan and met with the family members of 43 police officers who fell in the third war in Artsakh and are posthumously awarded, as reported the press service of the President of Artsakh.

Harutyunyan granted the state awards to the relatives of the deceased police officers and expressed his deep condolences and support to them. “Thanks to our heroic boys and men, in the sector of the Homeland that was saved, we Armenians can build a dignified future for the future generations and raise our children with the fighting spirit and the spirit of patriotism,” he said.

Afterwards, Harutyunyan attended the opening of a hall of glory dedicated to the fallen police officers at the military unit and respected their memory.
