Today the Armed Forces of Azerbaijan tried to carry out engineering works again in the section of the Armenia-Azerbaijan border in Gegharkunik Province.

As reported the Ministry of Defense of Armenia, the units of the Armed Forces of Armenia countered and forced the Azerbaijani side to stop the engineering works, and in response, the Azerbaijani side opened fire at the Armenian military posts.

Armenian border guards took response operations. There are no victims on the Armenia side as a result of the shootings.
