"I have the honor" bloc’s MP candidate Ruben Khlghatyan—former mayor of Armavir—was detained minutes ago. Lawyer Gayane Papoyan wrote about this on Facebook.

"We declare that the detention bears a shade of exclusively political persecution. Everything is concocted and illegal. It aims to hinder the political activities of the ‘I have the honor’ bloc before the [snap parliamentary] elections [in Armenia on June 20].
