From 2009 to 2018, I did not agree with Armenia’s authorities on many issues. Second President Robert Kocharyan, the leader of the "Armenia" bloc that will run in the snap parliamentary elections on June 20, stated this during their election campaign in Yeghvard town of Kotayk Province.
According to him, at that time he did not even have contact with the Armenian authorities.
Also, Kocharyan ruled out inequality before the law in case of his victory in the aforesaid elections.
