Researchers at King's College London have warned of a change in the general symptoms of COVID-19, reported.

The mutation of this virus has led to the most common symptoms being headache, flu, and sore throat.

Tim Spector, a professor of genetic epidemiology at King's College London, explained that the "Indian variant" of the SARS-CoV-2 virus is manifested as a common cold, and therefore people with such symptoms need to be tested to prevent the spread of coronavirus.

As per the researcher, people do not realize this, they think it is a seasonal cold, and they go to various events, infecting others.

Spector noted that they are studying the main signs of infection, and now they have changed and are different from the previous signs.
