US President Joe Biden gifted his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin a pairt of Aviator sunglasses, CNN reports, citing the White House’s spokesperson.

According to the source, Biden gifted Putin Randolph USA Aviators sunglasses. In 1978, Randolph and US servicemen launched production of HGU-4 / P Aviator glasses for fighter pilots, and since then, Aviator sunglasses have been manufactured for US and NATO servicemen.

Biden also gifted Putin a crystal sculpture of an American bison made by Steuben Glass of New York.
