Member of the European Parliament Loucas Fourlas has called on stopping the sham trial of the 14 Armenian prisoners of war being held captive by Azerbaijan.

Fourlas tweeted that Baku has launched another staged trial, in spite of the fact that the Azerbaijanis have been charged with war crimes several times.

Fourlas added that Baku continues to breach the provisions of the agreement reached on November 10, 2020 by illegally keeping Armenian servicemen and called on the European Commission to make a substantial contribution to the release of the prisoners of war.
