The Ministry of Urban Development of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) reports that construction works are in full swing at the new resident under construction in the Astghashen district for those who were displaced from the Sghnakh, Moshkhmhat, Madatashen and Jraghatsner villages of Askeran region.

Overall, there will be 170 private houses in the area with a total surface area of 523,000 square meters.

According to the construction plan, the new residence will have a community center, which will feature the community council, a medical center, a hall for community events for 200 people, as well as a playground and stadium.

The residence is scheduled to be fully exploited at the end of 2022.

Funding is provided by Hayastan All-Armenian Fund, and the contractor is Kapavor LLC.
