The ballot box at polling station 19/18 in Gavar is not sealed, Hetq.am reported.

International election observers noticed this at midnight and informed members of the electoral commission. At 3 pm the members reported this to the Central Electoral Commission, which urged to not open the ballot box and not unseal it because even though it is not sealed, it is attached with an adhesive tape.

Chairperson of the electoral commission Malkhas Matevosyan and secretary Nver Afrikyan assure that there was no intention to not seal the ballot box.

There are 1,977 voters entitled to vote at polling station 19/18, of which 602 have already cast their votes as of 5:45 pm.
