STEPANAKERT. – Another body was found and retrieved Tuesday as a result of the search that was carried out in the Varanda (Fizuli) region. Armenian News-NEWS.am was informed about this from the Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) State Service of Emergency Situations.
It is believed that this body is of a participant in the hostilities last fall. His identity will be confirmed after a forensic examination.
Ever since the ceasefire last November, a total of 1,584 such remains have been found and retrieved from the occupied territories of Artsakh.
