Artem Dmytruk, head of the friendship group with Armenia at the Ukrainian parliament, congratulated acting PM Nikol Pashinyan on his victory in the snap parliamentary elections in Armenia, AnalitikaUA.net reports.
According to the MP, there are many moments when Kyiv and Yerevan can help each other.
"The Ukrainian and Armenian peoples are undoubtedly fraternal peoples who have a shared history, shared achievements, shared losses, so we must move together and have something to work for—both for us and for Armenia," the Ukrainian lawmaker concluded.
