YEREVAN. – As of today, 86,000 tons—which is twice as much as last year—of fresh agricultural products have already been exported from Armenia. Acting Minister of Economy Vahan Kerobyan stated this at a briefing with reporters after Thursday’s Cabinet meeting of the interim government.
"Last year it was 43,000 tons, now it is 86,000 tons already. As for apricots, about 12,800 tons of apricots have been exported so far; moreover, at a good price because this year's harvest is good. Last year it was only 1,800 tons, and in 2019 it was 2,100 tons; that is, it has increased six times," he added.
