There are nearly 35 families living in Shurnukh village, but only 200-300 people participated in the elections. Tevan Poghosyan, director of the International Center for Human Development NGO of the country, stated this at a press conference Friday.

According to him, this sparks many questions and doubts since, as a rule, two or three members of a family can participate in the elections.

Talking about the results of the elections in Syunik Province, Poghosyan noted that in this province there was more concentration of soldiers entitled to participate in the elections and nobody knows the residents’ opinions.
