The Administrative Court of Armenia has upheld the claim of Civil Contract Party vs the Central Electoral Commission (CEC) and abolished the warning of the CEC against acting Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan. Civil Contract Party had appealed the decision of the CEC to the Administrative Court (by the decision, the Commission had applied a warning against the political party’s candidate for Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan for violating the procedure for day of silence ahead of the snap parliamentary elections).
