Secretary of the Security Council of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Vitaly Balasanyan today held a working meeting with Head of the Nagorno-Karabakh Mission of the International Committee of the Red Cross Bertrand Lamon, as reported the Security Council.
The humanitarian programs carried out in the post-war period and future cooperation were discussed during the meeting attended by Minister of Foreign Affairs Davit Babayan and other officials.
