Foreign Minister of Russia Sergey Lavrov and United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees Filippo Grandi discussed the return of refugees to Nagorno-Karabakh.
As reported the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, the parties discussed the return of refugees and temporarily displaced persons to Nagorno-Karabakh and the surrounding territories, in accordance with the statement on ceasefire in Nagorno-Karabakh signed on November 9, 2020 by the leaders of Armenia, Russia and Azerbaijan.
