As of July 2021, a total of 7,953 verbal complaints—including the hotline calls—were made to the Human Rights Defender (Ombudsman) of Armenia. Armenian News-NEWS.am has learned about this from the ombudsman's office.

For comparison, the number of such consultations in 2015 was 3,786, in 2016—4,041, in 2017—4,272, in 2018—6,219, in 2019—9,153, and in 2020—10,399.
