YEREVAN. – An auto rally should have taken place on Artsakh Street in Yerevan on Monday. The whole street was closed for the occasion temporary. However, the competition was cancelled.

The reason was that the competition was not organized properly and there was turmoil in the street. The organizers had to call police to end the turmoil.
