There are some positive public signals from Turkey. Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said this at Friday’s Cabinet meeting of the government of Armenia, referring to the topic of regional peace.
"We will assess those signals, and will respond to the positive signals with a positive signal," Pashinyan added.
