For the first time since May 13, the price of bitcoin has exceeded the $51,000 mark of, according to trading data.

Bitcoin rose a little over 3% to $51,596 on the Binance exchange.

And according to the CoinMarketCap, the price of bitcoin rose by 2.96% to $51,612.

The bitcoin’s historical record, which was set in April, is $64,850.
