Armenia’s Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan has finally managed to leave for Dushanbe where he is now attending the CSTO joint meetings.

Mirzoyan was supposed to head for the capital of Tajikistan on Wednesday, but he could not due to a plane malfunction.

In Dushanbe, the Armenian FM is participating in the joint meetings of the foreign ministers, defense ministers, and Security Council secretaries of the CSTO member countries.
