At around 6pm on Sunday, two Turks or Azerbaijanis were apprehended outside a jewelry center in Yerevan, Yerkir.am reports.

A third man, who was waving the flags of Azerbaijan and Turkey, fled the scene.

According to preliminary information, the apprehended were taken to a police precinct where a number of people are also coming to testify and give eyewitness accounts.
