Residents of the UK are unhappy with the way the situation in the country is developing after its final exit from the European Union, Gazeta.ru reports.

According to a YouGov poll, 53% of Britons are confident that Brexit is going badly - of which 32% say things are very bad and 21% think pretty bad.

Only 18% of respondents assess positively the country's course after leaving the EU, and another 21% believe that the current state of affairs in Great Britain is neither good nor bad.

At the same time, a similar survey in July 2021 showed completely different indicators - then only 38% of Britons expressed disappointment with the results of Brexit, and 25% were quite happy with the situation.

The rise in British discontent has coincided with a series of crises that the country has been facing in recent weeks. So, in the United Kingdom, there are serious problems with access to fuel, as well as concerns about the introduction of new restrictions related to the spread of COVID-19.
