Hraparak newspaper writes. The Azerbaijanis have imposed another restriction at the Vorotan section of the Goris-Kapan motorway. [Now] they allow cars to travel along that section [only] once every hour. The pastor of the Goris region, Father Aharon Melkumyan, told our journalist about this yesterday.

"They [i.e., the Azerbaijanis] let pass once every hour. The cars are assembled until the hour is over, then they cross the checkpoint section accompanied by Russian peacekeepers," he said. (…).

Let us recall that [some] weeks ago, they [i.e., the Azerbaijanis] closed the road for several days and were permitting neither Armenian nor Iranian cars to pass. Then it seemed to open, but the traffic [there] is with [Russian peacekeepers’] accompaniment and with such restrictions.

The priest said that they [i.e., the Azerbaijanis] do not inspect cars or passengers, the cars simply assemble and cross our interstate road once every hour—accompanied by the Russians.
