Armenian authorities are not responsible for Aliyev, as there may be something unknown behind this, said decond President of Armenia Robert Kocharyan.
He recalled that they are now talking about a possible meeting between the leaders of Armenia and Azerbaijan.
“And the leader of Armenia should sit down and negotiate with the person who called him a drunken clown.
"What is the content of this meeting? What should it be? The only way out of this situation is the departure of the current authorities of Armenia. And in such conditions, each meeting will be an additional humiliation for Armenia and our people," Kocharyan told a press conference on Monday.
