On the anniversary of the occupation of Mataghis, President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev visited Mataghis and made a number of statements.

Aliyev began with threats “to break the heads of Armenians” if they don’t “behave themselves”, after which the Azerbaijani president started personally offending third President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan. It is needless and meaningless to cite the rude and vulgar statements and allegations.

What matters is that it turns out that neither education nor a high status can change a person, if he is plebeian. Ilham Aliyev is an alumnus of Moscow State Institute of International Relations, but in reality he is only embarrassing this prestigious university.
