President of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Arayik Harutyunyan today visited Taghavard village of Martuni region where he was introduced to the programs carried out through government funding and charities this year.

As reported the Staff of the President of Artsakh, the head of state convened a working consultation on the spot and discussed the issues of the village that require urgent solutions, as well as the development programs and the issue of providing displaced residents with apartments.

President Harutyunyan emphasized that all the proposed issues are in the government’s focus and that solutions will be comprehensively provided according to necessity.
