The art of Armenian writing and its cultural manifestations have been put on the list of the UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage, Armenian News- NEWS.am has learned from the Facebook page of the Armenian National Commission for UNESCO.

Armenia has been a member of UNESCO since 1992, and it has for the first time submitted its candidacy to become a UNESCO Executive Board member between 2021 and 2025.
