YEREVAN. – Hraparak daily of Armenia writes: Every day a new order is established on the Goris-Kapan motorway’s Vorotan section, which is now under the control of the Azerbaijanis. One of our compatriots recently traveled along that road and took a photo of the "Welcome to Azerbaijan" sign.

This did not go unnoticed by the Russians and Azerbaijanis holding the post. They stopped the car and said that according to Azerbaijani law, foreign citizens have no right to take photos of their checkpoints and are fined 100 thousand drams. As a result of negotiations, they reached a compromise: the citizen deleted the photo and continued on his way.

Let us note that, in addition, cars are allowed to cross that road once every hour; the cars gather and wait at the border checkpoint.
