Leader of the “Civil Contract” faction of the National Assembly of Armenia Hayk Konjoryan today met with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to Armenia Sergey Kopirkin.
Konjoryan touched upon the immediate return of the Armenian prisoners of war held in Azerbaijan which is enshrined in the statement signed on November 9, 2020.
The parties discussed further development of the Armenian-Russian interparliamentary ties on bilateral and multilateral interparliamentary platforms and attached importance to the activities that are being carried out within the scope of the interparliamentary committee on cooperation between the National Assembly of Armenia and the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation.
