A panel discussion, entitled "Lost Victory: Treachery or Illiteracy," is being held in Yerevan.

The purpose of this event is to analyze—with Armenia’s prominent politicians and public figures as well as highly qualified analysts—and present to the Armenian society the real and profound reasons for the defeat in the Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) war last fall, as well as to reveal the domestic political, regional, and geopolitical motives at the basis of Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan's political conduct in this regard, the factors that influenced on making key respective decisions by him, whether the highest representatives of Armenia’s military power took part in this decision-making, and whether they could have had some bearing on the making of crucial decisions.
