Rector of Yerevan State Medical University Armen Muradyan posted on his Facebook that 17 children with COVID-19 are currently hospitalized at Muratsan University Hospital.

“Today I visited Muratsan University Hospital, and now I will report all “concerned specialists” on what is happening in the unit for children with COVID-19.

Currently, 17 children with COVID-19 are hospitalized at Muratsan University Hospital.

Two of the children are in critical condition (in the reanimation unit), six children are in severe condition (dependent from oxygen), and nine children are in stable but critical condition. Out of these 17 children, the mothers of 15 of them have also tested positive for COVID-19…” Muradyan wrote.
