After their defeat in Goris, the authorities have concentrated all their possible and impossible forces in Kapan so that they achieve different results. This is what deputy of the opposition “Armenia” faction of the National Assembly of Armenia Anna Grigoryan said during today’s discussion entitled “Lost Victory: Treason or Illiteracy”.

According to her, with this, the authorities want to not only meet their objective in terms of domestic politics, but also see their own officials and ‘puppets’ who won’t go against them in case of new geopolitical developments.

Grigoryan emphasized that the first candidate on the list of candidates of the ruling party who is running for mayor of Kapan, is carrying out propaganda from the podium of the National Assembly, but he doesn’t have the right to do that. “The Central Electoral Commission needs to deal with this matter,” she added.
