On November 1 at 11 a.m. the newly elected Council of Elders of Gyumri will hold its first session in the sessions hall of Gyumri Municipality after the members of the Council of Elders register starting from 10 a.m. This is stated in the press release issued by Gyumri Municipality.

The agenda for the session includes the formation of an ad-hoc counting committee, elections of the head of community, organizational issues regarding the oath ceremony of the head of community, formation of committees, nominations of the chairpersons of committees and their deputies and setting of the date for convocation of the regular session.
