American actor Alec Baldwin, who accidentally shot a cinematographer on the set of the western Rust, said he was in favor of limiting the use of live ammunition in filmmaking. A video recording of Baldwin's conversation with journalists was published on Saturday by the TMZ portal.

According to Baldwin, he was a friend of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins, who died in an accident.

He advocates for regulators to take action to restrict the use of live ammunition in movie shooting scenes.
