A meeting was held between the leaders of the United States and Turkey, Joe Biden and Recep Tayyip Erdogan on the sidelines of the G20 summit in Rome. The heads of state discussed the political process in Syria, Afghanistan, Libya and the South Caucasus. Mr. Biden also expressed concern about the presence of Russian S-400 anti-aircraft missile systems in Turkey, Kommersant writes.

The leaders discussed the political process in Syria, the delivery of humanitarian aid to needy Afghans, elections in Libya, the situation in the Eastern Mediterranean and diplomatic efforts in the South Caucasus, the White House said in a statement.
